The XCool Pro is a high-capacity 360° cryolipolysis system equipped with eight applicator sizes spanning every treatable body zone — from the submental chin to the large abdomen and flanks. Its full-circumference cooling architecture delivers therapeutic temperature uniformly across the entire treatment cup volume rather than only at the surface in contact with the applicator, eliminating the temperature gradients that leave peripheral fat cells undertreated in conventional flat-plate systems.

360° Surround Cooling Technology

Conventional cryolipolysis applicators cool predominantly from the contact surface, creating a temperature gradient where fat cells directly against the cooling plate experience maximum freezing while cells toward the edges of the suction cup receive progressively less thermal effect. The 360° surround cooling architecture positions cooling elements around the entire circumference of the suction cup, producing uniform sub-zero temperatures throughout the entire volume of tissue drawn into the applicator. This full-coverage approach treats a larger proportion of the fat layer per session, improving clinical outcomes and reducing the number of sessions required for complete circumference reduction in the treated zone.

The temperature range spans from −10°C (maximum fat cell cryoapoptosis) to +45°C (pre-treatment heating mode), giving practitioners complete control over the thermal protocol. Pre-treatment heating at 37–45°C vasodilates the tissue, enhancing suction cup engagement and improving client comfort during the initial cooling phase.
