How quickly will I receive my order?

How do I get my free training materials?
After your purchase, submit a training request here or email us at info@lumicutis.com with your order number. We'll send your complete training package — including video tutorials, treatment protocols and operation manual — within 24 hours.
What does the 36-month warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, component failures, and electrical or mechanical malfunctions under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications or physical damage. To make a claim, email us with your order number and description of the issue.
Can I order in bulk or request white-label devices?
Yes — we offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders and OEM/white-label customization for larger quantities. This is available for distributors, multi-location clinics and brand operators. Contact us with your requirements for a custom quote and timeline.
Do you offer financing?

How do I return a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email info@lumicutis.com with your order number to begin the process. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the item.
