We stand behind the quality of every LumiCutis device. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and included parts
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — such as consumable heads, tips, or accessories that have been used — cannot be returned once opened.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your device arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case LumiCutis covers the cost.
