Thank you for shopping with LumiCutis. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and documentation included.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@lumicutis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours on business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card) within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: used or installed devices, items missing original packaging or accessories, custom or OEM/white-label orders, and consumables or accessories once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Claims
Separately from returns, every LumiCutis device includes a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. See our Contact Us page for warranty claim details.
