The 7D HIFU Elite uses MMFU (Macro & Micro Focused Ultrasound) technology to deliver precise, high-intensity ultrasound energy to seven distinct tissue depths simultaneously — from the superficial dermis at 1.5mm down to the deep SMAS layer at 4.5mm on the face, and to subcutaneous fat at 6.0mm, 9.0mm, and 13.0mm on the body. This multi-depth targeting achieves comprehensive structural lifting and fat reduction that no single-depth device can replicate.

How 7D HIFU & MMFU Works

Focused ultrasound waves are converged to a precise focal point beneath the skin surface, creating a localized thermal coagulation zone at exactly the intended tissue depth. The temperature at the focal point reaches 65–70°C, causing immediate collagen denaturation and contraction — the tissue above and below the focal point remains completely unaffected. Over the following 2–3 months, the thermal injury triggers a sustained wound-healing response, generating new collagen and elastin fibers that progressively lift, tighten, and firm the treated area. Results continue to develop for up to 6 months post-treatment.

Macro focused ultrasound delivers larger coagulation points that cover greater tissue volume per pulse, reducing treatment time for large body zones (abdomen, thighs, buttocks) and maximizing fat reduction efficiency. Micro focused ultrasound produces smaller, more precise thermal points ideal for the delicate structural layers of the face, allowing accurate targeting of the SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) — the same layer addressed in surgical facelift procedures.

7D vs. 4D HIFU

The 7D Elite provides two treatment handles and seven interchangeable cartridge depths compared to the 4D system's single handle and four depths. The additional body cartridges (6.0mm, 9.0mm, 13.0mm) enable effective subcutaneous fat targeting across larger body zones that 4D devices cannot adequately reach. The dual-handle configuration also allows simultaneous treatment of bilateral body areas, reducing total session time.
