7D HIFU Cartridges — Replacement Transducer Heads for 7D HIFU Machine Elite
These replacement and supplementary cartridges are precision-engineered transducer heads designed exclusively for the 7D HIFU Machine Elite. Each cartridge contains a piezoelectric ultrasound crystal calibrated to deliver focused ultrasound energy at a specific tissue depth — from 1.5mm in the superficial dermis to 13.0mm in subcutaneous fat. Cartridge selection determines the anatomical target layer for each treatment session.
How HIFU Cartridges Work
Each cartridge houses a focused ultrasound transducer that converges acoustic energy to a precise micro-focal point at the calibrated depth below the skin surface. The energy density at the focal point is sufficient to create a thermal coagulation zone (65–70°C), triggering collagen denaturation and initiating a wound-healing response that generates new collagen over the following 2–6 months. Tissue above and below the focal point is unaffected.
Cartridge depth determines which anatomical layer is targeted: face cartridges (1.5–4.5mm) address the dermis and SMAS for lifting and tightening, while body cartridges (6–13mm) penetrate into the subcutaneous fat layer for non-surgical fat reduction and body contouring.

Cartridge Lifespan & Replacement
Each cartridge is rated for approximately 20,000 shots. Shot count is tracked on the 7D HIFU Machine Elite display. When a cartridge approaches its rated shot limit, energy output consistency may decline — replacement at or before the rated limit maintains clinical treatment quality and client safety. Maintaining a stock of replacement cartridges ensures uninterrupted treatment scheduling.

Compatible exclusively with the 7D HIFU Machine Elite (LumiCutis). Not compatible with 4D HIFU or other HIFU system configurations. Verify cartridge depth requirements with your treatment protocols before ordering.
