This desktop cryolipolysis machine uses a 360° surround cooling cryo head that distributes controlled thermal energy uniformly across the entire circumference of the treatment cup, targeting subcutaneous adipocytes for selective cryoapoptosis. The full-circumference cooling architecture eliminates the central temperature gradients produced by conventional dual-sided flat-plate systems, ensuring consistent therapeutic temperatures throughout the entire volume of tissue engaged by each applicator.

360° Surround Cooling Mechanism

The cryo head draws target tissue into the treatment cup under vacuum suction and cools it from all directions simultaneously. At temperatures between ‒5°C and −10°C, the lipid content of adipocytes begins to crystallize — a process called lipid crystallization — which disrupts cell membrane integrity and triggers cryoapoptosis (cold-induced programmed cell death). The surrounding dermis, vasculature, nerve fibers, and connective tissue are unaffected because their lower lipid content makes them significantly more cold-resistant than adipocytes.

The destroyed fat cells are phagocytosed by macrophages over the following 4–12 weeks and transported through the lymphatic system for metabolic elimination. Clinical studies report an average 20–27% reduction in fat layer thickness per treated area per session. Because the eliminated fat cells do not regenerate, results in the treated zone are permanent subject to overall weight maintenance.
